Tonight’s the night! I am pleased to announce the opening reception for my series Beach Bumz at Tapped Wine Tasting Market here in Athens, GA. The soirée begins at 6:00 p.m.
“The term ‘beach bum’ originated in the 1960s and refers to a person who spends a lot of time idly at the beach, often associated with surfers. It reflects a carefree lifestyle that became popular in California during the surf culture boom of the 1950s and 1960s, where individuals embraced a laid-back attitude towards life.”
