Til Death skull and peanut butter cup diptych painting animation

Til Death is a series of three (3) individual paintings that make up a unique looping animation. The process is a blend of rotoscoping, easel painting, digital animation, and traditional pencil/paper drawing.

Inspired by my love Halloween and the only treat that matters (a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup), this fun piece features a bright and bold colored skull eternally munching down on the infamous peanut butter cup with high texture to emphasis movement and excitement of Halloween!
