Over the holiday break, Doc and I fell down a 70´s rock rabbit hole. Specifically the band Slade.
On New Year´s Day, I put on one of their later hits ¨Run Runaway”
Mesmerized, he asked if this was a new song. ¨No, this is an older song¨, I told him.
With a puzzled look on his face and slight pause, he questioned “But it’s new to me.”
“You are right, so it IS a new song, isn’t it?!”, I responded.
“And a good one!” He stated firmly.
